Why was I not refunded to my original form of payment?

There are several reasons why you may not have been refunded to your original form of payment. This includes:

• Your return was not postmarked 30 days from the delivery date
• You returned an item purchased from the sale category
• You returned an item purchased with a Black Friday week, Cyber Monday week, flash sale, brand sale, or other sale coupon code
• Your return did not follow our return guidelines
