What is your return policy?

No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is your original packing slip OR a note including the order number and email associated with the order. The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 30-day-timeframe for a store credit.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
UNWORN
● UNWASHED
● WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT (please do not stick labels to product packaging)
● FREE OF STAINS, ODORS, ANIMAL HAIR, AND DAMAGE

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed. If a washed or used item is returned, the item will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. It will be immediately donated or recycled. No compensation will be provided and the product will be disposed of or donated.

Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only. Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday week, Cyber Monday week, flash sale, brand sale, or other sale coupon code are eligible for store credit only.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
