What happens if I return a washed or used item?

If a washed or used item is returned, the item will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. It will be immediately donated or recycled. No compensation will be provided and the product will not be returned to you. Please make sure to return only unworn, unwashed items with their original tags and packaging intact, free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage.
