An item may be returned if it is sent back:
-unworn
-unwashed
-with original tags and packaging intact
-free of stains, odors, and damage
Free shipping is not offered for returns. No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including your name, email address, and order number associated with the return.
Please indicate you are returning a gift in a note with the return—this way the buyer will not be contacted. Otherwise, the return credit/refund will be applied to the buyer.
Once we get the package back and process the return, you will receive a gift card in the amount of your return directly to your email inbox. You will need a SpearmintLOVE account that this gift card can be linked to. If you do not yet have an account with us, one can be created here!
